You might want to write one or more of the affirmations on a sticky note and put it on your bathroom mirror, fridge, locker, bedroom door or somewhere that you will see it often as a reminder. Be kind to yourself and others!

Shape BreathingUse shapes to help you focus on your breath. In this video we will be using a few different shapes but you can use any shape that you like as long as you are connecting with your breath. You can even draw the shape on a piece of paper to trace with our finger as you breath. Enjoy!
